1. Always have water or tea near you
2. If you feel a craving coming on, drink lots of water, and stay away from the food.
3. Distract yourself: paint your nails, clean the house, practice makeup, plan outfits, whiten your teeth, work out, do yoga.
4. When you’re about to eat, imagine what that food would look like on your body.
5. When you’re bored look at thinspo and keep busy
6. Drink lots and lots of tea, caffeine suppresses appetite, especially green tea.
7. Keep your teeth clean and chew minty gum (sugar free)
8. Always keep your goals in mind, never let them go, every day is another day to get closer to your goal, don’t backtrack.
9. Look at people who are what you don’t want to be, you are doing this because you are strong and have self control, remember that.
10. Food doesn’t have power, you do.
